I need a schematic that can increase or decreace the speed of multiple pc-fan in parrallel. The circuit have to be control with a thermistor. with power of 5 or 12v dc

i want to design a switch used to connect and disconnect a 50 volts dc supply and a LC filter supporting some load basicaly i want to use the output of the filter to generate generate digital control signals.these signals will be used to n and off the switch.
