How does voltage at the atomic level work? For example, if you had a balloon that had 1000 free electrons (i know thats a tiny amount but im trying to keep the numbers small) and a wall that was missing 1000 electrons. What would the voltage be between the balloon and the wall? What if the ballon had 1000 free electrons and the wall was missing 500 electrons? What if the balloon had 500 free electrons and the wall was missing 1000 electrons? Is there a formula that you can use to figure these things out? Please email your answers to alien_dude_2010@yahoo.com. Thanks.
