can i use two single inline fuse holders for a 240 volt lamp ballast( would this be acceptable according to the nec)or do i need to use a double one.

I need to know if anyone is aware of a product that I can plug into a 110 outlet and will give an audible alarm when the outlet loses power. Please reply here or notity me via email at duncan01@aol.com if you are aware of such a product. Thanks.
