Chain Automation System solution.
We start with your process that uses the components and work with you to develop
the most efficient customized Automated Replenishment System for your environment. In some cases or
with certain commodities a Visual Min/Max Bar Code Scan system is the best scenario. With
other commodities, utilizing an Electronic MRP as the Forecast and delivery trigger is the
best method. We employ both of these methods within the same plant program for
different areas.
If you already have a successful Kan Ban or Reorder Card program in place but
want to become more efficient and accurate with the use of Bar Code, we can blend Bar Code
and Scanning technology into your existing process and procedure.
