Plastic Composite Springs are a response to increased requests for springs that combine the strength of metal with the special attributes of high performing engineered thermoplastics.  After years of extensive engineering design and materials research, this unique compression spring has been developed.

Plastic Composite Springs are a new and unique spring designed to meet a wide range of applications where non-corroding, non-metallic, inert materials are preferred.  Plastic Composite Springs combine the strength of metal with the special attributes of high performing engineered thermoplastics.

Plastic Composite Springs are fabricated in distinctive formulations of Ulem™ PEI resins, the material of choice for meeting the most exacting specifications.  Springs are stocked in a variety of standard sizes, each available in a “rainbow” of strengths formulated from different Ulem™ resisns.  The six increasing strengths are easily identifiable by distinct colors: Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue and Violet.
