Dee Electronics has a series of environmentally sealed Toggle, Rocker, and push-Button switches that are now available with wire leads. The switches are engineered for applications requiring a robust solution fit for use outdoors and in other harsh environments. The wire leads increase the durability and ensures an even longer operational lifetime. They are designed with single unit construction for added protection from harsh elements. The switches fully conform to IP67 of IEC60529 standards to be dust tight and provide protection from temporary water immersion. Typical applications include refrigeration equipment, AC motor control, monitoring equipment , biomedical instrumentation, and boating. Constructed of heat resistant resin meeting UL94V-0 flammablilty rating. Wire leads are sheathed with heat resistant vinyl in accordance with IL 1015 and CSA TEW 105 standards for appliance wiring material. Mechanical lifetime is rated at 30,000 opertations minumum for all circuits. Electrical life is rated 15,000 min for maintained circuits and 10,000 min for momentary circuits.
