standard when you work with Dee Electronics as your Supplier. |
E-Order Confirmation:
Our SCEM system begins with an Automated E-Order Confirmation of your
order, with hyperlink connectivity back into our Dee.Commerce
secure website, to allow you to view and edit your order online. |
E-Open Order Status Report:
We then transmit a weekly E-Open Order Status Report, so you can monitor
all your open orders with Dee Electronics. Again, there is
connectivity from this E-Notice back into our E-Commerce site for you to
manage and view your orders in real-time. |
Early Alert E-Notification -
Delivery:
If there is a potential delivery problem with your order, Dee Electronics
transmits a our Early Alert E-Notification to you days in advance
of the requested ship date, that allows us to work together to resolve any
delivery issues that may exist. |
E-Advance Ship Notice:
When your product ships, we transmit to you our E-Advance Shipment Notice,
which gives you detailed information, including Tracking # and Carrier,
about your shipment so you know exactly what the status is on your parts
shipment. |
EarlyTrack E-Notice:
If your parts are being shipped via Premium/Air freight, you will
automatically receive an EarlyTrack instant E-Notice in real-time, when
the parts have been staged for pickup and a Tracking # has been
identified. You will receive this information the very second this
happens. Again, this notice has e-connectivity back into our
Dee.Commerce site for you to start your tracking process. |
